This is a 360 Recruiter position. A 360 recruiter manages the entire recruitment process — generating new clients through sales activities such as cold calling, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing the hiring process from initial contact through to successful placement.

• Sourcing top-level talent and managing the full recruitment process
• Building your own client portfolio through warm and cold outreach
• Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert in your field
• Using Linked In to build a personal brand and network
• Close deals and earn commission from day one!

• Base Salary: Competitive starting salary: €34,000 - €37,000
• Uncapped commission structure: OTE Year 1: €50K–€55K, Year 2: €70K–€80K, Year 3/4: €90K–€100K
• Fast-track promotions: Progress based on performance not time served.

• Fluent English or German required
• No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset
