(Junior) Legal Counsel e-mobility (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

As part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑the‑road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment.

• You serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy and e‑mobility.
• You advise on the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e‑mobility sector.
• You review and negotiate Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) contracts related to e‑mobility.
• You provide legal support for the launch and distribution of new products within the e‑mobility business unit.
• You support market entry activities, including coordination with external legal advisors.
• You develop legal structuring options for new business areas.
• You provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group.
• You independently manage your workflows and take full ownership of legal matters.

• You hold both German state law examinations, ideally with honors.
• You have gained experience in Commercial Law, Energy Regulation, or E‑Mobility (however, we explicitly welcome applications from recent graduates as well).
• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and have a strong interest in commercial topics and economic contexts.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, solution‑oriented mindset, process‑driven approach, and assertiveness.
• You possess business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• You are highly organized, proactive, and committed.
• You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and confident personality completes your profile.
