Stellenbezeichnung: Senior Product Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Work in cross-functional squads with Product, UX and Data colleagues to design, build and evolve applications end-to-end.
Back end: choose your strength (Java/Spring Boot or PHP/Laravel) and create reliable domain logic and APIs.
Front end: craft engaging UIs in React/Next.js with Type Script, component libraries and modern CSS.
Build the glue in-between: Design clear contracts between front end and back end (REST or GraphQL), handle auth flows and optimise performance all the way to first paint.
Shape a modern platform: We’re moving toward a headless, microservice-oriented landscape. As a senior, you’ll help create clean APIs, refine coding standards and champion the right refactorings.
Automate where it matters: Build and refine Git Lab pipelines, Docker images and workflow engines that remove manual steps - both in development and inside the products themselves.
Grow - if you want to: Mentor junior engineers, run architecture sessions or even lead a small squad when it fits your personal goals.
Stay curious: Experiment with new language features, edge-side rendering, server components, cloud services - any idea that helps us close product loops faster.

Profile

Experience: 5 + years of professional software experience.
Backend: Solid back‑end chops in either Java/Spring Boot or PHP/Laravel.
Frontend: Modern front‑end skills with React, Next.js and Type Script.
Architecture: Clear understanding of RESTful API design, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and containerisation with Docker.
Dev Ops: Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD – our Dev Ops team handles the heavy lifting, but you're comfortable tweaking pipelines.
Quality: A feel for clean architectures, test automation and the judgement to choose the right pattern at the right time.
Mindset: Fluent English (German is a bonus), a collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about how products succeed in the real world.
