Shopware Developer

Responsibilities

• You will work on complex Shopware 6 projects from concept through Go-Live and beyond.
• You will develop custom plugins, adapt existing systems, and make technical decisions together with the team.
• Depending on your experience, you will take on greater responsibility in architecture, code reviews and technical consulting, or focus on clean implementation and feature development.
• Design and implement complex business logic using Shopware 6 plugins based on Symfony.
• Implement custom entities using the DAL and create services in an event-driven application.
• Develop asynchronous processes using the Symfony Messenger.
• Develop custom CMS blocks for the Shopware administration using Vue.js.
• Adjust and extend the storefront using Twig templates and SCSS/Bootstrap.
• Perform technical analysis of existing shops and integrate third-party systems (ERP, PIM, CRM).
• Work according to SOLID principles and apply clean-code practices.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with project management, UX and other developers.

• Several years of experience with Shopware 6 in real projects.
• Excellent PHP skills and solid understanding of Symfony.
• Experience with plugin development and Shopware architecture.
• Clean working style with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Solution-oriented and structured approach to work.
• Good German language skills.
• Agency experience is a plus but not required.
