As Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind our growth: you win new customers, build lasting relationships, and bring our innovative eProcurement solution to leading companies.
Your profile- You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or hold a comparable qualification – ideally with experience in IT, eProcurement, or in selling complex software solutions.
- You have a proven track record in (international) sales, preferably as a Sales Manager or Account Executive in IT, SRM, ERP, SAP, or eProcurement environments.
- You bring strong technical understanding as well as analytical and strategic skills.
- You are a results-driven, empathetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are a team player with diplomatic skills and technical expertise.
- You round off your profile with strong communication skills at all organizational levels, a confident presence, and excellent German and English language skills.

- You advise new and existing customers in the eProcurement environment and proactively approach potential new clients.
- You manage the entire sales process – from personalized outreach and proposal creation to presentations and handover to our technical project team.
- You actively contribute to developing global sales goals and strategies for mid‑sized companies and large enterprises.
- You drive the evolution of our customer‑centric approach and collaborate with external partners for lead generation.
- You ensure professional customer support and comprehensive after‑sales service.
- You expand and strategically develop existing customer relationships independently.
- You maintain contract and customer data in our CRM system (Hub Spot) with a high level of ownership.
