• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Fuhrung von Teams

• Weiterbildung im Bereich Fuhrung, Coaching oder Organisationsentwicklung

• Erfahrung in KPI- oder performancegesteuerten Umfeldern
