About The Team You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll doOwn the end-to-end category management process within consumer electronics product assortment.

Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with national and local supply partners.

Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.

Develop long-term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs.Cross departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers.

About You Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within consumer electronics.

Understanding of consumers, with market insights and purchasing expertise.

Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.

Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.

Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organisational goals.

German fluency is preferred
