We are hiring skilled Automotive Mechatronics Technicians / Automotive Fitters (m/w/d) to join Carglass® GmbH teams across Germany.

This role is ideal for candidates with automotive technical experience who enjoy hands-on work, vehicle repair, and modern automotive technologies.

• Repair and replace vehicle glass, including windscreens and side/rear windows.
• Perform installation and fitting work on different vehicle models.
• Carry out technical inspections and identify vehicle-related issues.
• Support calibration of driver assistance systems (ADAS) after glass replacement.
• Use professional tools and equipment for automotive repairs.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain workplace safety and follow technical standards.

• Completed vocational training as:
• Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
• Experience in automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, or fitting work.
• Good technical understanding and practical skills.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.
• Customer-focused and reliable working style.
• German language skills required for daily communication.
• Valid driving licence (Class
  
  B) preferred.
