About the role

We are seeking beauty enthusiasts to join our team in supporting the acceleration of digital experience, adapting the learning and development approach to meet changing consumer expectations and business needs.

As a business partner, you listens to inputs from stakeholders and manages diverse retail community needs to achieve business ambitions and enhance client experiences.

You will curate personalized learning solutions for Beauty Advisors (BA), enhancing their capabilities beyond product knowledge to excel in client experience and retail excellence. By coaching and collaborating with Area Managers and Boutique Managers, you elevate the BA learning journey, creating a direct impact on client experience and business outcomes.

Inspiring and coaching Chanel's Beauty Advisors to raise their capabilities, maintain high professional standards, and grow their commitment to the brand. You thrive in connecting Talent Development and Retail, driving change through role modeling and cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the ongoing development of Chanel's talent.

• Degree or tertiary diploma graduate with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with a preference for a managerial role in selling, retail, or client service.

• Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence.

• Excellent communication, influence skills, and a strong passion for people development.

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
