What youll doSupport customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Take ownership of cases until full resolution
Escalate complex issues when needed
Ensure high customer satisfaction
What were looking forProficient or bilingual German (C1/C2)
Advanced English (B2+)
2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Strong communication and listening skills
Solution-oriented mindset
What we offerSalary: €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus/year
