HR IT Systems Specialist​/SAP HCM Specialist; m​/f​/d

In this role, based at our location in Česká Lípa
, you ensure the stability, quality, and continuous development of our SAP HCM landscape in Germany and the Czech Republic
. You work closely with internal and external partners to keep systems running reliably while actively improving processes and user experience. The position is initially limited to one year.

• Act as the technical point of contact for SAP HCM across Germany and the Czech Republic
• Ensure operational stability, including 1st- and 2nd-level support for SAP HCM, SAP Fiori Manager, and Employee Self-Service
• Take ownership of user and role authorization management within the HR system
• Design and implement system customizations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Plan, execute, and document system, release, and integration tests for updates and process changes
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
• Safeguard high data quality standards through regular data validation and plausibility checks
• Support HR reporting, including the creation and maintenance of standard reports
• Actively manage interfaces between HR, IT, and Finance, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM (PT, PY, PA, OM); experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus, not a must
• Practical experience in HR systems, HCM support or HR administration
• Strong communication skills in English, combined with a collaborative, hands‑on mindset and genuine team spirit
