About

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruiter / Personnel Specialist (m/w/d) to join our administrative team in Ainring. This role is pivotal in managing our end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our company's growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating and publishing job advertisements to onboarding new employees, all in compliance with data protection regulations.

Additionally, the role involves handling various HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, managing personnel files, supporting employee development initiatives, and assisting with payroll processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stable, family-oriented environment with a focus on professional growth and employee well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification. Prior experience in HR, especially in recruitment administration or personnel management, is essential. Proficiency in standard Office applications and familiarity with HR or applicant management systems are required. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to work are vital for success in this role.

Candidates should demonstrate high service orientation, excellent communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with various departments. Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial when handling sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating and posting job ads via our applicant management system, supporting candidate selection, and facilitating smooth onboarding procedures in compliance with GDPR.
  • Draft and process employment contracts, amendments, and employee certificates.
  • Maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in conducting employee interviews and supporting development initiatives through administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and document offboarding processes, including preparing relevant documentation and exit interviews.
  • Manage administrative aspects of employee training programs, including planning, registration, and documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll providers and authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
