We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Staffbase team and help us build an awesome internal communications platform. We seek empathetic, motivated team players who are driven by growth and ownership.

Collaboration happens closely with design, product, and frontend engineers to continuously improve our File Manager and related media tools. • Improving and developing both our web‑based clients, native apps, and RESTful web services.
• Working in a cross‑functional Scrum team and producing high‑quality, tested code.
• Giving and receiving valuable feedback in the code review process, continuously learning and sharing knowledge.
• Being open to feedback and taking ownership of your work.
• Taking ownership for topics you care about, from feature production to code quality and team environment.
• Working iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a robust CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible.

• 2+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer working with Go.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for creating the products you build and making a difference.
• Experience working in an agile environment (preferably).
• Commitment to quality, clean code, and continuous learning.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of independent and team work.
• Respect for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
