Team Lead, Software Development — hybrid

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and coaching of an agile software development team
• Support your team members in their professional and personal development
• Manage and organize the day‑to‑day development work following Scrum methodology
• Ensure development standards, quality requirements and best practices
• Own the technical planning and further development of team‑relevant software solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions and the optimisation of existing systems
• Analyse, prioritise and implement feature requests and address technical challenges and blockers
• Work closely with Product Owners and cross‑team and cross‑departmental stakeholders
• Be responsible for database‑related processes and the development of reporting and payment solutions
• Ensure high system stability as well as rapid identification and resolution of issues in business‑critical processes

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in professional software development
• Initial or several years of experience in technical or disciplinary team leadership
• Good knowledge of software architecture principles and modern development processes
• Solid experience working with SQL databases and database‑backed applications
• Experience with test automation and automated deployment processes
• Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Business‑fluent German, spoken and written

Demonstrates expertise in technical leadership and agile software development, with a strong focus on Scrum methodology, software architecture principles, and database management. Proficient in fostering team development and ensuring high‑quality software solutions.
