About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth – discovering new prospects, igniting interest, and setting the stage for success across DACH and beyond!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, is motivated by targets, and wants to start or accelerate a career in SaaS sales. We’ll provide the coaching, the tools, and a clear career pathway while you bring the curiosity, energy, and resilience.
What You’ll DoPipeline Generation & Outbound Outreach
- Research and identify potential customers across DACH
- Build targeted prospecting lists and have engaging conversations with IT leaders, cybersecurity heads, and business decision-makers
- Use a mix of outbound channels including phone, email, Linked In, and sequences
- Ask strong discovery questions to understand customer challenges
Qualifying & Booking Meetings
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Account Executives
- Ensure prospects meet qualification criteria and provide clear, accurate handovers to the Account Executive team
CRM & Process Excellence
- Stay on top of your CRM game – because clean data means smooth sailing for the whole sales team
- Help improve outreach strategies through learnings and experimentation
Learning & Development
- Become a pro in our platform and industry
- Participate in regular coaching, role-plays, and skill-development sessions
Must-Haves
- Strong communication skills - you know how to hold a conversation, not just read a script
- A curious, coachable mindset with a desire to improve
- Not afraid of rejection; comfortable with resilience and bounce-back
- Interest in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity (no prior experience required)
- Fluent in English and German
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling, telesales, retail sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales
