Client Advisor – Field Sales, Acquisition Specialist – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Acquisition of new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
• Managing the full acquisition process – from lead generation through analysis of clients’ insurance arrangements to presentation
• Independent management of commercial clients (minimum size: companies of approximately 50 employees) in the non-life/commercial lines – with support from the internal service team
• Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
• Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology – e.g., in digitalization or optimization of internal processes

• Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
• Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
• Solid knowledge of commercial/non-life lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability) – excluding motor, life, and health
• Completed vocational training in insurance / insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a related degree

Demonstrates expertise in client acquisition and management within the commercial insurance sector, with a strong focus on non-life lines. Proficient in conducting client reviews and optimizing internal processes through effective collaboration and digitalization efforts.
