We urgently need support for our team in the area of site management in the Leipzig region. As a site manager (m/f/d), you are the link between cleaning staff, the customer, and headquarters. You organize employees and respond flexibly to customer requirements and wishes. In return, you work independently, results-oriented, and always as part of our team!

Full-time

Monday to Friday, weekend work possible

• Personnel deployment planning (control and disposition) of individual properties is your responsibility
• Ordering and providing materials and cleaning agents
• Quality controls at properties
• Personnel management and performance recording of your employees as well as preparation of payroll
• You are the contact person for employees and customers in the area of maintenance cleaning
• You ensure compliance and monitoring of hygienic and qualitative, contractually agreed specifications
• You are responsible for training and educating employees

• You work independently and are mentally resilient
• You have business thinking and acting skills, organizational talent, and know how to motivate effectively
• You are personally characterized by reliability, commitment, responsibility, assertiveness, punctuality, and team ability
• You are willing to work flexible hours and have no problem working early morning or late evening hours
• You have empathy and a confident manner when dealing with customers, employees, and foreign cultures
• You already have professional experience as a site manager or in comparable activities
• We require possession of a class B driver's license
• You speak German fluently in speaking and writing
