Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a Senior Manager. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for the Oxygen business located in Lubeck Germany.

• Drive performance of the supply chain to meet or exceed quality,delivery and cost targets.
• Manage productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support business SIOP by analyzing data toidentifytrends,risksand impact to the organization. Reducing the risk through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Managing and leading a team to support supply chain activitiessupporting theOxygen
  
  Value Stream
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks andaddressingissues related to supplier on-time delivery
• Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy, including RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, inventory management.
• Authorizes purchase orders, negotiatespricesand approves payments to support the procurement process
• Support and engage with various functional areas as part of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas
• Serve as supply chain lead for responding to internal and external auditsregardingsupply chain policies and procedures

• Industry knowledge and expertise
• In depth Supply chain processes within a highly matrixed, complex environment

• Preferred degree and prior relevant experience
• Proven experience inmaterialsmanagement or similar environment
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain, vendor management,risk assessment/mitigation & performance management
• Management experience of a team
• Proficient ERP experience, SAP highly preferred
• Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
• Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
• Experience working in the Aerospace industry is highly advantageous
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
