Senior Fullstack Software Engineer – Automation & AI

For a small, technology-driven company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer who develops modern software solutions and takes responsibility for their own implementation.

The focus is not on classic standard projects, but on individual innovation, automation and digitization projects in which new solutions are developed and technologies are sensibly combined with each other.

• Conception and development of individual software solutions
• Responsibility for your own technical implementation - from the idea to the productive solution
• Development of full-stack applications without classic separation between frontend and backend
• Collaboration on automation projects
• Development of solutions that simplify and automate processes or provide employees with technological support
• Collaboration on AI-based applications and decision support systems
• Technical conception of new solutions and architectures
• Integration of different technologies and systems
• Address security, infrastructure, and enterprise requirements
• Development of new solutions for complex problems for which there is often no existing standard approach

• Several years of experience in professional software development
• Very broad technical understanding and interest in different technologies
• Good knowledge of full-stack development
• Ideally experience with PHP and corresponding frameworks
• First experience or strong interest in:
• Software architecture
• AI Infrastructure
• Automation
• Infrastructure and Deployment
• Experience with automation, digitalization or AI projects is particularly interesting
• Experience in larger corporate or enterprise structures
• Understanding of security and secure software architectures
• Ability to independently translate complex requirements into technical solutions

We are not looking for a developer who only processes clearly defined tickets.

The position is for someone who likes to think about solutions themselves, make technical decisions and take responsibility for the outcome.

You will work in a deliberately small team with a high level of personal responsibility and direct influence on projects and technical decisions.

There is no strict division into frontend, backend or QA. Developers take responsibility for their solutions - short decision-making processes and a lot of creative freedom.
