With CE‑certified products like JULÄINE™ and a robust pipeline in aesthetics, orthopaedics, trauma surgery, sports medicine, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery, the company is expanding across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies.

Our DACH team is growing and we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison to work closely with the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH. In this role you will establish and nurture relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria, lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs. You will also collaborate with the Key Account Management team to drive impactful customer engagement.

• Building and maintaining strong peer‑to‑peer relationships with KOLs
• Leading scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, addressing their inquiries, sharing relevant literature, and increasing product awareness
• Gathering valuable medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics
• Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and medical‑scientific information
• Supporting Key Account Managers in identifying and engaging influential experts, and supporting clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines

• Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field
• Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs
• Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field‑based role, effectively collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes
• Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills

This is a field‑based role requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75 % of the time, with participation in national and international congresses.
Regions to cover are Baden‑Württemberg, Bayern, Rheinland‑Pfalz, Saarland, and Austria.
