Cloud Infrastructure Business Unit Lead

• Overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial development of the Cloud Infrastructure Business Unit
• Strategic direction and further development of the business unit centered on VMware by Broadcom
• Management of processes, OKRs, guidelines, and risk management
• Coordination with C-level executives, Country Management, and relevant managers
• Budgeting, controlling, profitability management, and capacity and resource planning
• Ensuring an economically viable, scalable, and clearly positioned cloud portfolio from a technical perspective
• Leadership of Unit Leads and Business Unit members
• Support with recruiting, employee development, skills building, and certification targets
• Responsibility for compensation and feedback processes
• Supporting Sales, Marketing, and partner activities through technical positioning, portfolio enablement, and content initiatives
• Quality assurance for proposals, bids, and tender documents
• Maintaining and further developing the strategic partner relationship with Broadcom
• Management of delivery, projects, and new services
• Support with escalations and key account management
• KPI and performance reporting to track quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets

• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Ideally, experience in a comparable leadership role in a similar environment
• Very strong knowledge of VMware by Broadcom
• Strong general understanding of modern cloud infrastructure topics
• Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence in managing KPIs
• Experience in budgeting, profitability management, resource planning, and project controlling
• Experience leading international or matrix-structured teams through objectives, feedback, development, and operational priorities
• Native-level German proficiency
• Fluent English
• Experience in internationalizing teams, services, or business models is a plus
