** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our real estate portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes.

You will work closely with internal real estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance our real estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data integrity, and support strategic decision-making across the division.

*** Ensuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalities
* Collaborating with the Real Estate team to collect data
* Coordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction
* Conducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool
* Reporting bugs and testing fixes
* Raising POs and verifying invoices
* Preparing presentation decks, analyses, and reports
* Organizing and maintaining our Teams and SharePoint sites
* Assisting in developing our dedicated intranet site
* Supporting the efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of data for sustainability activities
* Collaborating with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
* Managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
** Your background
*** Experience in data management
* Experience in lease administration
* Knowledge of real estate in a corporate real estate function or real estate organization
* Ability to understand lease terms, real estate portfolio structure and property data
* Excellent proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Share Point
* As part of a global business, you will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from around the world
* Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
* Accurate and detail oriented
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a global team environment
