We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team Talent Acquisition Team EMEA for a 12‑month temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a global matrix organization. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams
• Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives
• Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements
• Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

• At least years of in‑house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization
• Proven track record in international hiring across Be Ne Lux  and other European countries
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using Linked In Recruiter
• Experience in working with Workday
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch, English and German; any other language such as French is considered a big advantage
• Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field
• Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
