Stellenbeschreibung
- Lead the Closer Still HR function in Germany
- Provide comprehensive generalist HR support for the Closer Still business in Germany
- Work closely with the Group HR Director and the global HR team
- Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational priorities
- Support growth, organizational design and workforce planning
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the group's values and objectives
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
- Proactively recruit and conduct initial interviews
- Own compliance with German labor law and support the implementation of HR policies
- Experience in a leadership HR role
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a hands‑on approach
- Solid knowledge of German labor law
- Experience working with works councils
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at leadership level
- Experience in an international or matrix organization
- Data‑driven mindset with confidence using HR systems and analyzing HR metrics
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Pragmatic, adaptable and willing to take responsibility for both strategic and day‑to‑day HR tasks
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our offices and to HR training/events
