To strengthen our team in the field of Research & Development for Inorganic Chemistry at the Mannheim site, we are seeking a motivated chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your new exciting tasks:

• Development, synthesis, and optimization of new inorganic and organic products
• Support of production operations in solving diverse challenges
• Transfer of developed products from the laboratory to production
• Optimization of existing manufacturing processes
• Development of new methods and apparatus
• Selection, testing, and release of raw materials
• Conducting analytical measurements and application tests as well as their interpretation
• Organization and documentation of the obtained results

A thorough onboarding and supervision by your on-site mentor await you.

What we wish:

• You have completed training as a chemical technician, chemical lab technician, CTA (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You already gained experience in the field of research and development as well as at pilot scale
• You have solid knowledge in preparative chemistry (inorganic/organic)
• Good MS Office skills, especially data analysis in Excel, and experience with ERP systems
• You are responsible, team-oriented, resilient, and interested in new things
• You have a fundamental understanding of analytical methods and can think analytically
