A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager for Modernizations & Upgrades of Small Steam Turbines and Industrial Steam Turbines, you will handle complex turnarounds and Long-Term Programs globally. You will collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful project implementation, focusing on customer happiness, time, cost, and quality. You will apply PM@Siemens / PE@SE methodologies, engage with stakeholders across various functions, and handle order-specific Profit & Loss responsibilities.

Additionally, you will address customer requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Ownership of project outcomes, including budget management and financial oversight of risks, opportunities, and claims
  • Leadership of the full project life cycle up to final acceptance
  • Collaboration with customers for clarification of goals, requirements, and specifications, including negotiation leadership for successful agreements
  • Execution of regular financial controlling and reporting in line with applicable regulations
  • Performance of stakeholder analysis and facilitation of effective communication with customers, partners, suppliers, and authorities
  • Identification and assessment of risk factors using available risk measurement tools, combined with assurance of compliance with standards, rules, and regulations
What You Bring
  • University degree or equivalent experience in engineering, ideally mechanical engineering or a similar field
  • Validated experience in leading Projects with full responsibility for project results in cross-organizational projects
  • Experience with PM3 Core Learning Program (PM3) or IPMA (Level

    C) preferred
  • Expertise in requirement and Quality management and also in Risk Opportunity and Issue management
  • Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Open for international travelling from time to time
