Automotive Sales Consultant – Chinese Car Brands; m​/f​/d

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership in Munich.

We specialise in Chinese automotive brands and are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about Chinese cars, understands the evolving automotive market, and has the ambition to turn that enthusiasm into successful sales.

This role is ideal for an experienced automotive salesperson who enjoys working with innovative vehicles, building customer relationships, and introducing customers to the latest Chinese automotive technology.

• Welcome and advise customers interested in Chinese automotive brands, including electric vehicles, hybrids and other models.
• Present vehicles, explain their features and competitive advantages, and help customers choose the right car.
• Organise and conduct test drives.
• Manage the complete sales process, from the initial enquiry to contract signing and vehicle delivery.
• Follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Handle customer questions, negotiations and objections professionally.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s commercial growth.
• Keep up to date with Chinese automotive brands, new models, market trends and competing products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information in the CRM.

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• A genuine passion for Chinese automotive brands and the latest developments in the EV and hybrid market.
• A customer-oriented mindset combined with a strong commercial drive.
• Confidence in presenting vehicles and explaining their value to different types of customers.
• A proactive, independent and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and good communication skills in English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Current authorisation to work in Germany.
• Availability to work on-site in Munich.

• Experience selling Chinese automotive brands such as BYD, MG, NIO, XPeng, Geely, Chery or similar.
• Experience with electric vehicles, hybrids or emerging automotive brands.
• A strong personal interest in Chinese automotive innovation and the ability to communicate that enthusiasm to customers.
• Existing customer contacts or a network within the automotive market.

We are open to strong automotive sales professionals who have not yet worked specifically with Chinese brands but are eager to learn and develop expertise in this growing segment.
