HSE Manager - SIGEKO; m​/w​/d

For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager-SIGEKO to support and oversee HSE activities on site.

• Act as the appointed Si Ge Ko  (Safety and Health Coordinator) for the project
• Take overall responsibility for the management and coordination of HSE activities on site
• Ensure compliance with applicable German health & safety regulations
  , project-specific HSE requirements, and site procedures
• Coordinate health and safety activities between contractors, subcontractors, and all parties involved on site
• Prepare, review, and maintain the required Si Ge Ko  and HSE documentation
  , including the Health and Safety Plan
• Conduct regular safety walks, site inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits
• Identify potential hazards and ensure the implementation of appropriate preventive and corrective measures
• Monitor high-risk construction and installation activities and ensure safe working practices
• Lead and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, inductions, and HSE briefings
• Report and follow up on HSE observations, incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Work closely with Project Management, Construction Management, contractors, and other project stakeholders

• Several years of experience as an HSE Manager and Si Ge Ko within construction or industrial projects
• Valid Si Ge Ko  qualification and ability to be officially appointed as Si Ge Ko  for the project
• Relevant qualification and strong professional background in HSE / occupational health and safety
• Proven experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of German occupational health & safety regulations and construction site requirements
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
