We are an ambitious and motivated accounting team building world-class processes to support our global camper-van rental business. Your role is to take ownership of key Group and North American accounting processes by supporting monthly and yearly closings, improve workflows, and help prepare our finance organization for future automation and ERP implementation.

The role - your passion Group Accounting & Consolidation

• Drive monthly group close in Lucanet, including co-ordinating subsidiary reporting, account mapping, and consolidation of 17 global entities.
• Prepare and post recurring group adjustments for P&L, balance sheet and intercompany eliminations.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis team on monthly reviews and preparation of investor reporting.
• Assist in consolidated financial statement preparation and audit under HGB.
• Take responsibility for correct monthly reporting of three North American entities.
• Take endtoend ownership of assigned processes and continuously improve them.
• Contribute to design and preparation of finance processes for ERP implementation.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• 2–4+ years of accounting experience ideally in group accounting.
• Experience implementing new accounting processes and driving process innovation.
• Knowledge of a major accounting standard (e.g. HGB, IFRS, US GAAP etc).
