For our new store opening in Munich, Leopoldstraße we are looking for a Loss Prevention Associate / Employee in Loss Prevention (m/f/d) full‑time (40h), initially temporary for 12 months
, starting immediately.

• Provide on‑the‑job training to staff on security, loss prevention and theft prevention measures.
• Ensure that knowledge regarding prevention, policies and standards is not only shared but also practiced.
• Implement measures consistently and guarantee compliance.
• Develop smart recommendations and solutions on security and loss topics.
• Identify, document and act on shoplifting incidents – within company policy.
• Provide transparent reporting on incidents, accidents and investigations.
• Actively support management in investigating rule violations.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality during investigations.
• Ensure accuracy of our inventory.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce loss from audits to inventory rounds.
• Contribute your expertise to exciting projects and events.

• Experience in loss prevention, security or damage control – preferably in retail.
• Strong communication in German (at least B1) and fluent English.
• Solution orientated, efficient and a team player.
• Clear, professional communication – in writing and speaking.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexible, able to work both at computer and in store operations.
• Willing to work weekends and nights.
• Bonus: you hold the 34a GewO certification.

• Starting salary from €18.47 per hour.
• 30 days vacation, bonus & 13th month salary.
• Monthly food allowance up to €112.50 and monthly mobility allowance up to €58.00.
