About the Role

As a Retail Activation Specialist, you'll shape how our products and brands show up in stores across the DACH and Benelux region. You'll work closely with our retail and Field Force teams to create strong in-store experiences, from merchandising and displays to training and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy and action, and who's motivated by seeing their ideas come to life in a physical space.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute retail programs and activations that support our brand strategy and drive sales performance across the DACH and Benelux regions
• Collaborate closely with the Retail team and Field Force to ensure effective execution and alignment with local goals
• Support Field Force team management, including training, motivation, and aligning field efforts with broader retail objectives
• Organize and lead impactful workshops and product training sessions for internal teams and external retail staff
• Track and analyze retail performance data, generate actionable reports, and support continuous improvement
• Localize global marketing, merchandising, and training materials for store-level implementation
• Work with internal and external partners to design and implement high-impact in-store displays and POS materials
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence in every touchpoint of the in-store shopper journey

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail, marketing, field team coordination, or people leadership
• Fluency in both German and English
  , with strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Based in Munich or Dusseldorf
