Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & In‑Store Branding- Organize and develop store resources to maximize brand impact.
- Manage store layout and displays to align with brand standards.
- Oversee marketing materials, ensuring availability and optimal use.
- Analyze display and promotion strategies of online platforms and offline competitors.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate, plan, and execute events (including expectations, inventory, promotions, and ROI analysis).
- Oversee on‑site event delivery, photo documentation, and competitor activity tracking.
- Conduct post‑event reviews and compile summaries for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement periodic, systematic training programs for retailers across different countries.
- Design training schemes, prepare materials and samples, and build a resource library.
- Assess training effectiveness and motivate participants to drive engagement and results.
- Propose and implement incentive policies to encourage store staff to actively promote products.
- Understand store decision‑making processes and inventory status to drive product promotion.
- Strengthen relationships with store teams, gather competitor insights, and develop strategies to boost offline sales.
- A genuine passion for the imaging industry; you are ideally a photographer or videographer with deep knowledge of video equipment, cameras, and accessories.
- Native‑level proficiency in German/French and professional fluency in English are required. Knowledge of other European languages is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 2+ trips per month, often lasting 10+ days) and adapt to varying European time zones.
- Exceptional presentation skills; prior experience as a trainer, lecturer, or workshop host is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create detailed reports and market analyses.
