We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our boutique in Munich. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience while helping customers discover the collections in a welcoming and inspiring environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Develop excellent product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain the boutique's premium presentation.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

• Previous experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury retail.
• Passion for fashion, footwear, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Sales-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in German and English
  ; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
