Responsibilities

  • As an Energy Customer Success & Portfolio Growth Manager, you are responsible for the development of our customers and their energy portfolios.
  • You ensure that individual assets become scalable, economically successful hybrid power plants and continuously develop existing customers.
  • Rapid activation of new customers – 85% of all new customers start actively marketing their energy assets within 8 weeks of signing the contract.
  • Growth in the existing customer portfolio – 40% of existing customers expand their energy portfolios annually by adding assets or new energy products.
  • Building and developing energy portfolios – at least 20 new assets (PV, green energy storage, HPC) are integrated into existing customer portfolios each quarter.
  • Active development of customer relationships – at least 10 structured portfolio reviews per month with customers to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Continuous growth of the energy portfolio – the actively marketed customer portfolio (MW) steadily increases through new plants, storage systems, and hybrid power plants.

  • You are passionate about not only supporting customers but actively developing them and taking their energy portfolios to the next level.
  • You immediately recognize where customers have additional potential – whether through new assets, green energy storage, hybrid power plants or optimized commercialisation.
  • You remain focused while developing multiple customers, projects and new energy products in parallel – this is exactly the challenge you seek.
  • You enjoy analysing energy portfolios and deriving concrete growth strategies from them.
  • You do not think in support tickets, but in growth, revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • You convince with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively drive initiatives instead of waiting for directives.
  • You thrive on communicating with your customers – you speak the language of the energy industry fluently and can explain complex topics clearly.
  • You have a strong affinity for data, markets and systems and use these to make informed decisions.
  • You have experience in the energy sector, for example in power trading, direct marketing, energy sales, storage or PV projects, charging infrastructure or energy-related services.
  • You hold a degree or vocational training in energy management, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.

Demonstrates expertise in developing and optimizing energy portfolios, focusing on growth strategies and customer relationship management. Proficient in analyzing energy markets and leveraging data to drive initiatives in hybrid power plants and green energy solutions.
