Operations Maintenance Manager

We are looking to connect with experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Managers who are passionate about ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of renewable energy assets.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing the operations and maintenance of solar PV, wind, or battery energy storage (BESS) assets. You'll be responsible for maximizing asset availability, leading maintenance strategies, and working closely with internal teams and external service providers to optimize performance.

• Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of renewable energy assets.

• Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies.

• Monitor asset performance, availability and reliability, driving continuous improvement.

• Manage O&M contractors and service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and high performance.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize energy production.

• Monitor budgets, maintenance costs and operational KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

• Produce operational reports and provide performance updates to key stakeholders.

• Support fault investigations and root cause analysis to improve long-term asset reliability.

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• Experience managing O&M activities within the renewable energy sector.

• A background in Solar PV, Wind, BESS or other renewable generation technologies

• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset reliability.

• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools.

• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, safety-first approach to operations.

• Fluency in German and English is highly desirable.
