Team & Reporting Line: Integrity

Our Mission

At constellr, we use thermal intelligence from space to understand what is happening on Earth - where, when and  satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions.

From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world.

You make sure every constellr employee works safely, in the clean room and at the desk, in every country we operate in. You own our external Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit and Betriebsarzt relationships and turn their findings into closed actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align health and safety policies together with Germany, Belgium, France and the US under one constellr standard, including for travelling staff.
• Own incident reporting and Berufsgenossenschaft contact, and support waste and hazardous material compliance with the Facilities Manager.
• Act as internal spokesperson for all aspects related to Safety, Health and Environment
• Provide relevant Trainings, inductions and awareness sessions for employees.
