As a group of three colleges, we work in close partnership with SRH University of Applied Sciences.

We are currently seeking a Director of Learning and Teaching (m/f/d) to provide strategic leadership for all academicprovisionacross our colleges in Heidelberg, Berlin, and Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinkingorganisationcommitted to educational excellence and student success.

Based at our Munich campus, you will lead the academic development and quality assurance strategy across all three colleges. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring outstanding teaching quality, student engagement, retention, and academic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategic development and continuous improvement of academicprogrammesacross all campuses
• Designing and implementing shared curricula and academic frameworks
• Overseeing teacher recruitment, induction, and professional development programmes
• Ensuring high standards in teaching quality assurance and student outcomes
• Managing and supporting a team of Senior Lecturers
• Developing a new German-language Foundation Programmeusing your curriculum developmentexpertiseand German language skills
• Contributing to teaching delivery within your subject specialism where required
• Analysingacademic performance data and presenting insights to support strategic decision-making
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partner institutions
• Promoting an inclusive, international, and student-centred learning environment

• Proven experience in an academic leadership role within higher education
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic policies
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally traveltoother campuses
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy
• Fluency in both English and Germanisessential
• Passion for innovative and student-focused education

• Competitive salary ranging from €62,000 to €67,000 , depending on experience
