• Own daily internal account reconciliation, trade booking and aggregation processes, liquidity requirements and settlement activities with counter parties to comply with settlement discipline.
• Investigate mismatches and execute time‑sensitive tasks to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide detailed post‑trade data analyses to set the foundation for operational decision‑making.
• Communicate with external partners for securities settlement and data providers to ensure smooth settlement of transactions.
• Support the development of scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast‑paced growth of our business.

• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
• Gained first experience in financial services; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about securities and banking processes, such as on‑exchange trading and post‑trading processes.
• Able to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  German is a plus.
