During the programme, you’ll complete three rotations:

• Two rotations in Munich:
  Build foundational underwriting skills, learn risk assessment, pricing, and trading with brokers.
• One rotation in another European office:
  Gain international exposure, broaden your technical knowledge, and work closely with senior leaders.

Each rotation is designed to give you a well‑rounded foundation for your future career in underwriting.

• University degree (predicted or obtained) with GPA 2.5 or above in Insurance, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Law (other disciplines considered)
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages desirable)
• Permission to work in Germany
