Manager - Finance & Accounting

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead our accounting and financial reporting processes across the holding and project entities, ensuring compliance with HGB (and IFRS where applicable).

• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual closings, including consolidation, reconciliations, and audit preparations.

• Develop and maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management frameworks to support strategic decision‑making.

• Streamline workflows between external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

• Oversee project‑level financial structuring, including debt drawdowns, equity injections, and intercompany transactions.

• Support investor reporting and provide clear, data‑driven insights on project performance and portfolio management.

• Collaborate with the leadership team on financing strategies, M&A transactions, and long‑term value creation initiatives.

• Implement scalable financial systems, tools, and processes to support the company’s growth path.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a high‑growth environment or the renewable energy sector.

• Solid knowledge of HGB; IFRS understanding is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Hands‑on attitude, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a dynamic startup environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g. DATEV, Qonto, Notion, Docu Sign).

• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable business innovation.
