This permanent opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional in financial services who is looking to continue to build their career within the DACH Direct Lending team, part of a growing Direct Lending platform, at a leading global asset manager. As a Senior Investment Analyst/Associate, you will provide hands‑on experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, market and industry research, and the underwriting of new investments.

You will also support the ongoing monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments, while contributing to investment discussions, relative value analysis and the identification of new business opportunities.

• Develop hands‑on experience in credit analysis, including company, market and industry research.
• Build and maintain financial models to support the underwriting of new direct lending investments.
• Contribute to the monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments.
• Support investment decision‑making through relative value analysis, research and preparation of investment materials.
• Work in a fast‑moving transactional environment with exposure to new business opportunities and a growing DACH Direct Lending team.

• Early‑career experience in financial services, with exposure to credit, lending, investment analysis or financial modelling.
• Ideally someone with 2 – 5 years experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess companies, markets, industries and financial performance.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute to a collaborative investment team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage work effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
• An interest in pursuing, or continuing progress towards, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program would be beneficial.

• Annual Leave of 30 days at full pay.
