• At reception, ensure guests are satisfied and enthusiastic.
• Stay cool—even when many guests arrive at the same time for check‑in.
• Make sure operations run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel, and that admin processes for the team run perfectly.

• Completed training in the hotel industry, professional experience, fluent German and English.
• Can inspire colleagues and guests.
• Knows the city well and has local tips.
• Brings skills and character.
• Be a doer and openly admit mistakes.

• Four working days a week as a full‑time team member without pay or holiday reduction.
