Job Description How does your working day look like ...

• At reception, you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
• You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
• You make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly

Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
• You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
• You not only bring your skills, but also your character
• You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
