• Be active in service, lead the team as shift supervisor, and ensure smooth operations behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
• Ensure service, quality, and hygiene standards are met, with attention to detail
• Conduct trainings and coaching, and onboard new staff
• Handle internal communication and ensure information reaches the team
• Receive guest feedback and provide fast, effective solutions
• Share insider tips with guests for top city hotspots and help them feel at home from first to last drink

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in scenegastro or lifestyle hospitality
• Flexible and willing to work in shifts
• Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn
• Confident, upbeat, and with a sense of humor
• Enjoy working with international, discerning guests and know how to respond to varying requests
• Fluent in German and English
