. Together with your team, you will create memorable experiences for our guests while actively shaping the future of our bar concepts.

The westhub Bar & Lounge and the Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace are two unique concepts with their own distinct character – and this is what makes this role so exciting and diverse.

While the westhub Bar & Lounge is a stylish meeting place for hotel guests, business travelers, and local guests, the Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace inspires with seasonal concepts, special events, and breathtaking views across the city.

As Bar & Rooftop Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the operational leadership of our two bar outlets and continuously develop them together with your team.

You will lead your team with passion, set an example through your actions, and create an environment where guests feel welcome, team members enjoy working together, and new ideas can grow.

Together with our F&B Leadership Team, you will drive initiatives, further develop our concepts, and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

• You take operational responsibility for the westhub Bar & Lounge and the Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace, ensuring smooth operations across both outlets.
• You lead and develop your team with passion, support talent growth, and guide our apprentices throughout their development journey.
• You lead by example and create exceptional guest experiences while fostering a service culture of the highest standards.
• You are present in daily operations, actively support your team on the floor, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
• You develop new drinks, seasonal offerings, and creative experiences together with your team that inspire our guests.
• You monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, beverage cost, and labor cost, and implement appropriate actions.
• You work closely with the F&B Leadership Team to further develop our concepts while contributing your expertise and ideas.
• You support recruitment, onboarding, and the long-term development of new team members.
• You actively shape special events, activations, and seasonal highlights at our Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace.
• You have several years of experience in the bar or F&B industry and have gained initial leadership experience – ideally within upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or a comparable environment.
• You enjoy taking ownership, developing your team, and creating a strong service culture together.
• You are passionate about modern bar concepts, high-quality beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences.
