• Possess sufficient exposure to Health & Safety training, with experience in delivering versatile topics that benefit processing and manufacturing plants.
• Demonstrated work experience within the processing industry and manufacturing plants.
• Experienced in training participants across all levels, from management staff to contractors.
• Act as a domain subject matter expert, providing proactive and practical solutions.
• Maintain a strong track record of positive participant engagement and stakeholder feedback.
• Adapt to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at the plant level.
• Demonstrate creativity introducing new training methods to coach participants toward improved safety behaviors.
• Show passion for transforming training mechanisms into measurable safety performance among participants.
• Willingness to relocate to client sites for a minimum period of 12 months.

• Preferably an engineering graduate or a science degree holder.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Trainer in the Health & Safety domain.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ADIS (India), and IOSH are preferred.
• Recognized qualifications from international and domestic boards.
• Specialized qualifications in key critical Health & Safety activities (e.g., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height, etc.).
• Language proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
