We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead critical initiatives that ensure compliance, enhance quality and foster innovation across global and site-specific functions.

In this role, you will lead critical change and transformation projects, e.g. the development and implementation of a comprehensive global Quality Management Review process that integrates both global and site-specific functions on all continents. As the key accountable leader for GMP Quality Assurance, you will drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GxP‑compliant Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Change and Transformation Projects:
  
  Take ownership of driving critical change and transformation initiatives within the GxP‑regulated environment and beyond, e.g. global Quality Management Review
• Ensure Strategic and Tactical Progress:
  
  Conduct detailed reviews of strategic and tactical progress on agreed milestones, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with site and global leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
• Oversee Critical Processes for Patient Safety and Product Quality:
  
  Manage and oversee key processes that directly impact patient safety and product quality, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and driving initiatives to enhance quality standards on a business and GxP level
• Enable and Support Existing Initiatives:
  
  Provide strategic leadership to support ongoing initiatives within the GxP and Quality Assurance landscape, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on contributions to ensure impactful outcomes and successful project execution

What you have to offer:

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) are a plus
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, GxP compliance and regulatory environments within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale change and transformation projects
• Strong strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide cross‑functional teams across global and site‑specific functions
• In‑depth knowledge of GMP, QMS, and GxP regulations as well as experience with Change Management processes
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and drive data‑driven decision‑making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also being able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• A hands‑on approach combined with the ability to navigate strategic challenges in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
