• Strategic and operative product and project management of the lens portfolio at a global level
• Identification of development trends on the market and of competitors by means of continuous monitoring and analysis of market research data and business management key indicators with the objective of im proving the business success of the portfolio
• Close cooperation with our international market organisations and interface function to centre departments such as Global Marketing and Research and Development
• Creation and organisation of international product training courses

• Completed studies in optometry, engineering or business
• Professional experience in product / project management, ideally at an international company in the optics industry
• Confidence working with MS Office
• Business fluent in English and good German
• Ability to present complex topics in a simplified, target group-oriented manner
• Strong communicator and proactive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, global environment
• Innovative, entrepreneurial approach, solution-focused implementation manager, with good presentation skills and a confident manner
