The Manufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d) will support the Manufacturing Engineering Team in building a world-class Manufacturing Automation organization. The role is based near Munich, at our newly renovated factory in Baierbrunn. This is an onsite position. Our vision is to reimagine healthcare through continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:Manage preventive maintenance activities in the production plantCollaborate with R&D to implement engineering changesDefine manufacturing methods, work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA, and checklists for productsEvaluate investments and assembly times for new production lines and cost-saving initiativesDefine and support testing equipment and validation projectsLead efforts to eliminate MUDA in productionDrive innovation to improve productivity and automationDesign new packaging methodsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar3-5 years of relevant manufacturing process experienceExperience with design change implementation in manufacturingKnowledge of preventive maintenance and analyticsExperience with Data Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and improve productivityProficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management toolsExperience in lean manufacturing, QCC, or Kaizen leadershipProficiency in English and German is a plusPreferred Experience:Manufacturing processesImplementation of design changesDocument control processesJoin us today to accelerate the impact of science and technology.
