SAP Project Manager and Solution Architect

We are looking for a passionate SAP generalist with strong customer focus, innovation mindset and proven experience in SAP S/4

HANA transformation projects. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering tailored SAP solutions that optimise end-to-end business processes.

You will work closely with customers to understand their strategic and operational requirements, translate these into robust SAP architectures and guide them throughout their digital transformation journey. In addition to solution design, you will act as a trusted consultant, supporting pre-sales activities, project delivery and stakeholder management at senior level.

Solution Architecture & Consulting

• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions and system landscapes in close collaboration with customers
• Analyse business processes and develop solution concepts to optimise end-to-end workflows
• Provide strategic consulting for SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation planning and execution
• Develop innovative SAP-based solutions aligned with customer business objectives

Workshops, Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales

• Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for customers and prospective clients
• Present solution concepts, architectures and workshop outcomes to senior management
• Actively support pre-sales activities, including solution design and customer engagement
• Contribute to tenders, including effort estimation and cost calculations based on technical and business requirements

Project & Transformation Management

• Manage complex SAP and S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects, acting as Project Manager where required
• Lead and coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Continuously develop and improve S/4
  
  HANA transformation methodologies, tools and project approaches

Professional Experience

• Several years’ experience as an SAP Consultant, Project Manager or Solution Architect
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex SAP projects
• Experience delivering S/4
  
  HANA transformation and strategic consulting engagements

Technical & Process Expertise

• Solid understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end process design
• Experience designing and implementing SAP solutions and system landscapes
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud environments
• Strong process consulting background and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions

Consulting & Soft Skills

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyse complex challenges and provide clear, structured recommendations
